Could you PM the IP to the tributes(players)?

I think that the winner should be sent to a mansion in a designated area to watch the next Games and take life easy.

I'm tired, and personally, I hate applications too, but how would the person who wants to sign up enter? Also, your numbers are not wrong, as there are 2 tribute per District, 1 boy and 1 girl. @Clue You're also right, but then again, I'm very tired, and it is also a 1st draft. If anyone would like to edit, add on, etc, go on ahead.

Yes.
All of the above.
Quite possibly multiple combined.

I could help with the spawn and/or traps on the field. Maybe add a texture pack where the glass is invisible, and have a glass dome surrounding an area designated for the Games. The spawn could be a complex, like a lobby for a hotel, with wings branching out to different areas.

Actually, Ryan, to correct your spoiler:
Click to reveal
Katniss killed Coin because she dropped the fire bombs on the children guarding the "White House," and Prim was among the children at the time. She thought it was Snow who ordered the firebombing, she was redirected by him to Coin. Later, when Snow was to be assassinated, she killed Coin in retribution for killing Prim, and went to the verge of insanity. (I think I got some of that wrong, but I haven't read the series in a few months.)

He's neutral, but appears more on the evil side.

I've heard it too... and that was after a force update so it was Vanilla MC...
Also dead quiet on the streets... It sounds like a moaning, howling like the wind.
