Allright, soo i'm ... like a joker! I can do most jobs that u have written up there. I'm a good developer, i have a lot of experience in social management and i'm good at looking for players and punishing them. I can manage staff too. I am really a god dev i can manage staff too i can build too i can code plugins for your server if i don't find the plugin that you want i am good with ppl i love helping brand new servers. I am a really experienced dev i really love developing minecraft. I can fix all the errors of your server. I can do everything what u ask me. Lol don't abuse with questions like can you give me 500 € i will not. But i can answer a lot of you questions and i can help the server a lot i can make a website for the server too.

Why you want this rank: Ii want this rank because i really like helping new servers to grow and to be really good servers. I am a really good developer, i can make custom plugins. I love helping ppl and staff, but as in every other servers there are hackers. I hate them i want that they to dissapear forever. I can config plugins i am really good in developing.
If a hacker comes on what would you do: I'd tempban him for 24 h and if he comes and hacks again i will ban him forever.

I really like to help servers to grow and i hate the hackers. These morons are really shit why would somebody hack somebody else like? Revenge? Idk but i hate them and i wish that they to be gone for ever.

If Somebody Was Spamming, What Would You Do?: i'd warn him 2 times and if he doesnt answer i'd kick him for spamming , then mute him for 2 mins then 5 mins, etc.

Why do you want this position? I want this position because i like to help servers to grow. I like to help the staff and players who don't know how to play.To punish the hackers/spammers/advertisers, etc. I can find the proxy/vpn's real ips in some cases. I know a lot of good plugins.

if you see an IP advertiser what would you do??>> i would mute him for 10 mins if he advertises again i will mute him for 15 mins and if he doesn't stop ban him if i see that somebody else will reclam the same ip i will ip ban him.
about Yourself>> i love to help servers to grow. I helped a lot of servers and i hope i will be able to help this one too. I like to help the players, the staff and you if you need help with a plugin i can help i was dev. But there is a bad side. The proxy / vpn hackers . I can resolve them to get out of the server and never come back.

I am a really good dev i can manage servers i can config plugins and websites my skype is pavelescu901 and i really like to help server i owned my own server and i want to make this server better than mine was i have 9000 moderation hours as admin and dev. I can add perms edit plugins and everything a server needs. I am good at world edit and world guard too. I know a lot of plugins and how to config them.
