no you are right, people under 16 are mature, when they want to be, or they have a hissy fit and start banning people or deleting things on the server, I told you I have been doing this for over 8 years dude, and I have not seen 1 guy under 16 who either
A. quits because they are bored of the server
B. once they get OP or mod or whatever, they get power hungry
C. or starts changing the rules to gain more money from the server
I have seen it all
