Assuming the shop in question is AuctionHouse (Didn't know about it till now), go to your config.yml file, and scroll down to:

PreventCreative: ___
And check if it's set to true. If for some reason that doesn't work, update to the latest version & try again. If that still does not work, go to your config.yml file & disable the world.
I would have said there is an issue with your firewall blocking your connection. You just need to go into firewall settings and allow Minecraft, and Badlion. Or that your connection is not very stable or good. But since singleplayer won't open either, I'd assume either your graphics driver needs updating or the launcher is attempting to use outdated java. You could also try to reinstall Minecraft and see if that works.
Well, there have been 5 major updates since 1.9 (shields added), so things are guaranteed to break especially if you did not update the programs either. Also, version 1.13 changed the way commands worked, so everything requiring command blocks would be broken.
Mapmaking is still very much alive, and if anything, players now have even more tools at their disposal.
If you want that Particular mod to be updated, you should contact the developer of the mod instead. Otherwise, you could download another mod such as Forestry (Which is already a good mod), and use the electrical engine.
Looks like you've got multiple mods installed here. The problem here is that 2+ mods are writing their textures to the same location, so one will overwrite the other. If you are not using Forge, I'd recommend using that as it should prevent this from occurring, I think. Otherwise, you'll need to find something that detects & prevents conflicts like this.
They could just simply remove the lines, much in the same way resource packs can edit it, as all the splash text is just a text file located in:.minecraft/versions/version/version.jar/assets/minecraft/texts/splashes.txtJust note that Notch himself had requested the splashes pertaining to him be removed.
Verification emails generally get sent pretty fast. First thing you should do is verify if the email you entered is correct. If it's not correct, contact Mojang support at https://help.mojang.com/
Did a double check on those shaders, the developer purposely made night dark like that. You'll need torches or other light sources as none of those settings will help enough. Either that, or you try another shader that gives more options in terms of lighting.
Options > Shaders (Should be at the screen where you can choose shaders) > bottom right corner Shader options > and find any settings related to lighting, brightness, contrast, or night-related settings such as moonlight.
Friend is trolling you, or your resource pack has a specific audio track for either ambience, or music discs, that's causing this sound. Bad Omen shouldn't cause noises unless it was because a raid had started (Bell) or ended (villagers or raiders cheering).
