Okay, you have the idea all wrong. Us older players (or at least the decent ones) won't let you be staff not because of your age but because you won't be able to hold the responsibility. Staff on a server doesn't mean you get operator and get to do what you want it means you literally run the entire show. I have no problem with hiring someone younger then me if they can do the job well and actually are mature enough. Speaking of maturity, if you're 12 years old no matter how you act and no matter what your experiences are you aren't mature enough if the owner says you aren't. You don't know what role maturity plays in the situation and you don't know if the job includes "adult content". Don't complain unless you know for a fact that there was no fair reason for he/she to accept you. In fact, don't complain at all on here because I seriously doubt that this post will change everyone's, or the great majority's, opinion.
