What Position you're applying for: Any position.

What can you bring to the team: I have experience and the knowledge. I have been playing Minecraft for over two years and have been coding in java for half of that. I also understand some web languages also. On top of that, I owned a server for the 6 months, haven't owned one for 4 months now. By doing that I have learned the operations of a server, some technical stuff, and a bunch of other interesting things. Some of my plugins are:

I have made websites out of scratch and some with the use of website generators like enjin, and weebly etc.

*Do you have experience on Player GUI's Scoreboards, Nametags and others? I have used chest GUI and scoreboards before. I know how to customize them. I have not done a lot with name tags, but could figure out how.

These choices seem so small, I would say coding plugins that are functional and efficient.

Owning a server is like owning a company. You need to work harder to compete with others, so you may just need to spend some cash on advertisement. May not be ideal for small servers, but if you want to play with top servers; you have too.

Experience: 8/10 - I have been playing since 1.2.1 and i am a very creative and a mature builder/person. I am also taking an architect class in school so I am learning building design on top of what I know how to build in minecraft. I am always available to reach by Skype or email. I'm also very mature and don't act like an idiot... well most of the time lol. I also know a little coding and how to run consel, because i have been owner and moderator on several servers in the past.

Activeness: Most of the week (mon-friday) and weekends.

Reason to join: I want to join a new server and I think it would be really cool to be apart of a developer team because its fun to build and share ideas with other creative/experienced players.

Minecraft/Modding How do i install the API

All you do is download spigot.jar. Then in eclipse, right click on your project. Go to properties --> build path --> library --> addJar should be somewhere (Or something similar). Click that and add the spigot jar.
