Minecraft/DataPacks Datapack not triggering

Well, I had the pack on my server for like 2 years now, always worked, every patch and update. but this update, new world, it just doesnt trigger.. but the other packs do. I have a spawn trigger that works fine.

So I never had to enable anything before, and since the other packs work fine, do I still have to? I dont know much about those things. If I look at your enabling line, I have to put a players name? It used to work for all players, so how do I make it work for everyone in that case?

Yes ,many times, also it should also do that on server restarts right? So its been reloaded like 50 times

It says 2 ? I did check the /trigger teleport_player and it did show me the howto message.

Oh thats some next level stuff! I see it now.

Ok so I changed the coords to the spawn , but when I do /trigger teleport_spawn , it just says "Triggered teleport_spawn" but nothing happens.. I also tried it with the default coordinates btw, didnt do anything either (thats why I changed them).

Hi thanks, I have it running, did reload etc, console says it loaded it. So that works fine.

But now how do make it active?

When I do the functions thing, it tells me "teleport spawn inactive". I dont see an admin page in my FTP or anything either.

I must be overseeing something...?

Wow thats amazing, you saved me a ton of headaches and a lot of time!

I will need some time to make it all work, since I'm still running the server now, but I will probably reset it all later today and I will let you know!

True, what if I was the only one who could set it? As an Admin/OP I mean.

Butif the "tp to player" is just as easy I will more than happy go for that one.

Which is the easier one? I personally do not mind any, just prefer a good working simple teleport. If home is easier then homes.

Oh that all sounds great and something I would never get done.



If it is easier, I dont even mind if its not to player, but to location. As in, I could add a location for every player's 'home' that others could teleport to.

My main goal is that people can reach eachothers home's and spawn. Thanks for all the help.

Welp, I understand it is easy for you haha, for me its headscratching sadly.. I wildly appreciate your responses but I cant really grasp it, I dont even know how to give a player a number etc.

I did find this on YT, it is dated though, but do you know if this still works, and if it is a proper way? It's the only tutorial I think I can manage to reproduce.

Thanks you for the reply, that sounds very promising.

I am however completely dumb in this area, I did some googling but I can not find how to exactly set it up.

Do you know if theres a set code for this type of teleport already somewhere? It would help me a lot.

Just to build big and beautiful I find MC relaxing to play, no stress

I am looking for a server that sticks around, all the servers I played on vanished after a month or so.

3. Did you ever play with plugins or on a Bukkit/Spigot Server?
Yes, many and I also owned a server with Spigot

4. How likely is it that you'll stick around?
I'm a sticker, though my ontime can be all over the place.. if I like the server I will be around for months to come, I can be on every day for weeks or not on for a week.. mainly work-related reasons.

Hello, I would be interested, though I am on old fart if that matters lol. My ign is DatDamnDutchie, I am 38 as of 27 mins ago and I am looking for a 100% vanilla server.
If you plan on having on mods on I will not be interested. I like to build big and take my time.
I have had my own server for a few months and I played on a few others (one being the subserver of streamer Dethridgecraft). I am calm and never get in arguments. My ontime variates as I have a flexible job so I can not promise to be on every day. If this is all no problem I'd be happy to join.
