I currently have my own Minecraft Server (mc-ca.halo2server.com) and I host other servers,

TeamSpeak 3, Web sites (http://halo2server.com/), minecraft, and halo ce

I also have experience with Windows Server 2003 and 2008. and I have my own company Halo 2 Server Hosting Company
