I can set up a bukkit server for you. I'd recommend using a VPS hosting company called bhost, see
http://bhost.net/. Take a look at their site to see their different plans with varying amounts of RAM (I'm not sure how much you want; the 1024MB openvz plan would really be the minimum for the server to run well. Note that the bukkit server software will get a little less ram than the total because of OS overheads). I can also set up a mumble voice chat server on the same server for you - much better than skype calling.
