You should try commenting on lots of stuff, anything you think is good, funny, etc. You should also maybe set a profile picture &/or a banner saying something about creating skins for prices! I'm not really one to talk, since my account level isn't huge or anything, but this is what I've been doing recently and it's worked pretty well. There's also probably some other methods, but mainly try to get involved with discussion, hand out diamonds/emeralds on good projects, etc!
