Have worked for many servers, as every position you can imagine, I took a break from Minecraft, but have just recently came back and am looking for a server to fully dedicate my self to. I have also owned my own server
How would you deal with an abusive Helper?
Depending on the level of offense committed by a helper, I would give just punishment is with-in the means of my power, if I felt questionable about the situation what so ever, I would take the issue to a higher ranking staff member.
What can you bring to the server:
Well, I think I could possibly improve the server, by just being a great admin, and interact with the players, and give them a great experience. I would constantly be thinking of new ideas to suggest, in which may possible improve the server (such as new games to add/plugins). I'll keep an eye on which minigames are getting played more frequently than others. I'm a good builder, although we can have builders so I can focus on more important things. I think of a server as a never ending project, there's always room for improvement. I'd also be able to bring more traffic to the server, as I can advertise, and I know basic photoshop, and graphic design.
Why should we choose you?
I believe that I have a lot to offer, but as I said I need to get back in the swing of things, and am even willing to work my way up the ladder.
How would you deal with Trollers, Hackers, and Griefers?
Depending on if the server has a warning system, and the rules, I would mute, kick, tempban, and perm ban as according to the situation, again, if I have any doubt of my decision what so ever I will take it to a higher ranking staff member.
Any other information?
I am a fast, grammatically correct typist, so players would feel more interacted with, on a professional level. If some one needed help, I'd try my hardest to come up with a resolution to the problem. I've played minecraft for 6 years, off and on. And I may be a bit out of practice at the moment but it will all surely come back to me in no time

How would you deal with an abusive staff member?
Depending on what rank, and what the staff member was doing, is how I would make my decision. If I cannot come to a conclusion to the issue on my own I will bring the issue to a higher ranking staff member, but I don't think there will be much that I cannot resolve. Have a wonderful New Year!
