Just some friendly advice for those who are looking to be a part of our staff
A lot of you are applying for positions that you are not old enough for. If you are going to apply then please make sure that you read the first post in order to make sure that you at least meet the age requirement. Now you may not agree with our age standards, however those are the rules. We want a mature and professional staff.
When you submit your application here on the forums, I STRONGLY advise that you put some effort into your application. We are not going to waste our time interviewing you if you fail to put some effort into your application.
Examples of things that will cause us to not even consider your application:
- Applications That Look Like This With Pretty Much Every Word Capitalized.
- If your application looks sloppy and crammed together, that will seriously hurt your chances of us even reading it.
- If your grammar and spelling skills suck, then we will not even consider you. We are not asking for perfection, just enough to make it look like you didn't skip most of your English classes in school.
- Please, do not type up your life story. We only want information that is relevant to the position that you are applying for. We don't want to know your favorite food, or your preferred hobbies outside of playing Minecraft. If you give us a biography, we might read it, however we will most likely not consider you.
- Of course if you are too young for the position you are applying for we will not consider you.
This server has the potential to be great, however in order for that to happen, we only want the most qualified people.
If you want to be a builder then ask yourself "Are my builds kinda plain and boring? Or do they inspire that "wow" feeling when people see them?"
Moderators need to be good with the community, we don't want someone who will easily lose their cool and go off on a player.
I hope this guide helps any aspiring staff members.
