Vouch for this service.
I've been using them for a while now and love it.
The price is AMAZING. The support is amazingly fast(I even have the owner on Skype). The server-specs it runs on is fast. I've never had problems with DDOS attacks. The only time I've had problems with the server being offline was due to their datacenter, which they don't have a lot of control over.

If you're wanting to save money, upgrade your sever, or start a new server, this host is for you!

His server is hosted with a VPS. It can hold over 100 players. It's not that.
