60 FPS I get with this crappy computer, I play on this one server and 60 FPS turns into 0 FPS

Experience as an Admin: I own a server with around 10 people on a day. I've been Moderator on Elite craft aswell as many for servers. For those shut down, or I had to reset my computer because of a Trojan horse virus sadly.... Oh.. I forgot I'm head-Admin on this server, I'll give you the IP. But it's Hamchi :/
