Experience as this position 150+ words:hmm my experience huh well i really don't know what you meant by "Experience as this position" i don't know if you meant like as admin/mod so i'm just gonna list all the servers i was staff on as well as my position and why i'm no longer staff on the server first one is PuzzledMC i owned this server but soon shut it down when the server received few players daily so i shut down the next server was LightRaid Network this server had lots of mini games and factions my position was i started out as an admin and got promoted to co-owner along side the owner and a developer that would soon be promoted to co-owner and the reason i'm no longer staff on this server like almost all the servers on this list server was shut down and mainly cause the owner joined the server like once every 2 weeks and lost interest in minecraft the next server was kiwicraft, kiwicraft was a server that had almost no players ever and i was accepted as a helper the next day i tried to log onto the server it was closed and one of the owners removed me from skype so i don't really know what happened to that server the next server was Mini gma don't really know what the server name meant or stood for but this server was pretty good i started off as a trial moderator and got promoted all the way up to server manager the server was run by someone who lived in Australia and i hardly ever seen him i had to stay up till like 2+ am to see him on the server and the staff soon became inactive as well so that is the main reason the server was shut down i assume, this next server was weird the name of this server was phenix factions this next server wasn't so professional the server wasn't even a 24/7 server and i was an admin and i got promoted to co-owner and then the next day i come on and have an admin rank and there's someone with a co owner rank the owner claims he forgot that their was already a co-owner and then the server really just disappeared this next server was probably the worst experience of server it this servers name was RisenPVP this was probably like the most unprofessional server i have worked on this server owner was taking owners from an abusive admin this admin did not like me this admin even went out of his way to get his friend to ddos me i wasn't even allowed to ban hackers he literally would unban him for these reasons i resigned, now this last server was pretty stupid i did get demoted but it was for no reason at all i did nothing wrong just cause i was trying to test something that he wanted me to fix (custom enchants plugin) so i was gonna test it so i put him into survival mode and started attacking him its not like i was gonna kill him cause i was healing him every time i hit him by the way i was an admin and the server was called pvp play house servers hardly got any players and most of the active players were staff thats basically all the servers i have worked on(500 words)
What makes you think you are qualified to fulfill this position 150+ words:what makes me qualified is that i'm just what you're looking for for staff i'd be a very good staff member as i have great patience and i'm very experienced and i know the right times to be mature and when to joke around i can be very helpful towards other players i enjoy helping others and i would just be a great match for you're players i would be very helpful by hiring me there would be no way you would regret hiring me so in addition to me being patient i have been told by others that i am very mature for my age and this application i hope proves it so you wouldn't have to worry if i'm loyal to the server or not i would never ever break any rules and or make sure other players won't break any other rules either therefor i would be a great addition to you're team
Why should we pick you to be apart of our staff team 150+ words:you should pick me to apart of you're staff team cause like i said before i'm just what you're looking for, by hiring me you would not regret anything i would be loyal towards the server and i would just be such a great addition to the staff team i am pretty good at catching cheaters/rule breakers i would put so much time and effort in to this job you have no idea how much i could help out the server not only by just by catching hackers but by fulfilling their needs of course if there appropriate i would just so appreciative if you chose me for this position in my eyes i think i would be a great position for me and for you i'm trustworthy i would never do anything jeopardize you're trust with me and i will never get the server into any kind of trouble
About you're self 50+ words:a few thing's about me are i am 14 i'm in 8th grade i'm gonna graduate this week i'm very mature but can still be friendly and laugh about jokes i know when a joke goes to far i like being a little strict and i prefer learning from my mistakes which can be good in certain situations and bad in others i have been playing minecraft since 2012 when minecraft first came out on the xbox i have been playing on pc for a while now at least 2 years i remeber the first time i played minecraft on the computer that was so long ago i was so bad on keyboard and mouse
