I am currently 12, however please don't let my age distract you from the skill-set that I contain, yes I may be of a younger age but I am a considerably mature and responsible individual.
Previous Experience(minimum 2 servers of helper/mod/something related):
I have been a moderator on numerous servers, but have resigned for a few personal reasons this is along with owning my own server, which worked for the most part but had to close due to budgeting problems. I've managed and Co-Owned a friends server that is still up today but for white-listed only as of now. That was only a short amount of work that I've done to help others in the community of servers.
Why should I pick you(what do you have that others don't):
I am capable of many things, but whats the best is that I know where my strengths may be, but more importantly I know where my weaknesses are. I will be able to devote myself into the project and will be absolutely determined to help the Trainees with whatever task they face, along with helping the server out when I am able to. I can get along with pretty much anyone, quoting a friend here 'When I first met you I thought to myself that you don't have a mean bone in your body.' Now, that may not seem important, but when you think about it, communication is the best thing needed to get something through to people and to work with others. More then often I have been placed with people that I don't get along with, however we had to communicate to work together.

How many hours are you available each week:
Per day I should be able to come on around 2-5 hours, meaning that probably each week at the max (5hrs) would be 25hours, and at the minimum (2) would be 10hours.
Why do you want this job:
I think it would be a good opportunity, not just for myself but for the others will become Trainees, I still remember my first Trainer, and I do inspire to be just how he taught us. But getting back on topic, I view it as a good chance, not only to help the people who are going for the positions of Moderator and Helper but for the community, you can't have a working minecraft server without Staff, and in this case some of the staff would need to be trained, so it all works together like its a circular pattern.
