How Much Experince Do you have With being a Staff Memeber?(Be Detailed): I have been admin on around seven and mod on 5 plus I have Owned and co-owned a server. On all of the servers I was staff on I was pretty much the favourite as I would always stop what I was doing to help members.
Plugin Exp: I have a lot of experience as I have had a server and staffed a lot
How Mature Are you?: Probably a 8 and a half for my age
Building Skill: I have a large amount of building skill as I have built multiple spawns and many castle and such.

A New player is Cursing Every One Out and Spaming What do you do?: I would mute them for about ten minutes then if they contiued I would temp ban for about 2 hours and if they still came back I would ban them.
Oh No, Some One as been Griefed And is very Upset How do you deal with it?: First you use whatever logblock type plugin to see who it was then you roll that player back so its no longer greifed and you ban the player who greifed and be really nice to the player (helping him build more onto his house or something) to be sure he stays.
Why Should we Pick you?: I have lots of experience with staff positions and am and respect all players and their builds and such and would like to enhance peoples time on your server.
