Country: Costa Rica- I am an American of birth, nationality, and heart, I merely live in Costa Rica. However, this also gives me the advantage of growing up in another country and experiencing another culture, I believe this is very important when you are talking about relations with people from all over the world getting on your server. Not to mention I'm fluent in Spanish.
Some basic info about me: I am currently a senior in high school. I am a U.S citizen but live in the U.S because my dad owns a business down here. I plan to move to California and go to college up there next year. I am very mature and always take serious issues with the same level of seriousness. I don't joke around when it's not the time to joke around and I don't get offended for no reason. My big brother showed minecraft to me when i was either in sixth or seventh grade(I can't remember which). I love to play any sport with a ball, guitar, and read manga/watch anime.
1. Own a server at one point in the past: I have owned/co-owned and managed a few servers in the past due to the fact that I have been playing Minecraft for about the past 7 years. I have also been a staff member on dozens of servers anywhere from a helper to a moderator to a developer(for plugins). Because of this I have knowledge and skill in almost all fields, including, permissions, making websites, advertising, plugin managing(Though I think I heard you would handle that one, idk if I misinterpreted.)
2. Coordinate with Eastern Standard Time: I am 1 hour behind eastern standard Time during daylight savings so it should not be a problem in relation to the time zones since I am not from England or anything where we would never get to talk about the progress/success of the server like I'm sure you'll want constant check-ups on
3. Have a passion for Minecraft: As I said before, I have played Minecraft for the past 7 years and I think that it would be virtually impossible to do if I was not passionate about it. I love Minecraft and most everything about it. I love to build, I love to make enjin websites, I love talking to players, I love playing as a player, I love being a mod, an admin, and of course, a manager.
4. Know how to manage a server: As I said before I have been an owner/co-owner/manager several times in the past. Due to this iIknow all of the necessary things to appeal to the public. I know the necessity of getting as much publicity as possible, getting the best possible first impression, not letting players get their hopes up about staff yet still strive to get it causing them to play more, voting, lack of glitches, and much more.
I hope you pick me as your server manager since I truly believe that you and I can get along make a beautiful server together.
