Becoming staff means taking on responsibility. You are not chosen simply by applying. Although, it is a quick way to further evaluate you as an individual. There are conditions where we will bring on a new member of the team without seeing them in-action, but we assume it will not happen often. We do not give out power, for it to be abused. If you abuse your powers in any way, there are absolutely no exceptions, and you will be demoted. We do not wish to ban unless the circumstances require it.
As staff, you accept responsibility for your actions, and agree to keep personal and community needs separate. Friends cannot have special treatment because they are your friend. They can be banned or kicked just as anyone else could, the rules still apply. Staff members are meant to be role-models, we do not want any foul-language or disrespectful actions from them to members. It not only puts a bad name on yourself, but to the entire staff team. If someone gets disrespected by an individual staff member, they may believe that the others are the same.
We do not care if you joke around, but we want you to treat your rank seriously.
We will only demote someone under certain circumstances, the most common being: Inactivity, Disrespect, and Unproductivity. We will not demote you for Inactivity if you have warned us ahead of time that you would not be able to be online.

ADMINISTRATOR
This rank is given to an Experienced Individual who has shown the proper skillsets to acquire Administrative Responsibilities. They are dedicated to keeping the community clean of Threats and Problems. They are also responsible for the Moderators and their actions, as they are the ones who train them.
MODERATOR
This rank is the first Official Staff Rank of the server. It is for the players that Administrators and the Owner deem worthy. One of the Administrators will choose to teach the Moderator how to use the servers commands, and what to do in certain situations.
HELPER
This rank is not staff, but is given to relatively-trustworthy players. It is to show what players often try to help the community with common problems, such as in-game questions and conflicts for when an Official Staff Member isn’t available. They are allowed to receive /helpop’s to better help others.
