I guess as being as you dont make profit on it its ok, but you should still have asked the authors first really, either way it looks pretty awesome, And are you from the UK.
Looks Really good but i would defiantly recommend asking the authors first or it could cause allot of hassle in the future but nevertheless it look great. you have a nice commentating voice by the way.
