At this rate; users are feeling a desire to move off the site. I have a strong feeling a startup website might fill YouTube's ever growing void.

YouTube is causing its own demise by pushing the users that attract people to the site away :^) :^) :^)

Controversy = people interested = more people viewing the site

While this policy does give free reign for YouTube to unnecessarily censor those of whom opinions differ, I view this more so as a money grab for YT. Advertisers may not necessarily want to be associated with a video on terrorism, or something about s assault. This may hinder some advertisers from wanting to partner with YT; with YT being able to censor what advertisers don't like THEY make more money from it. YouTube has clearly shown with its behavior multiple times that it cares about its own self sufficiency instead of the free speech of its users.* They don't care if you lose 500$ dollars because a video of yours' had the name of a terrorist organization in it because 500 dollars to them is basically a penny.

You typically have to reach out and apply to any build team that isn't underground. Any build team worth its salt won't contact you here based off a forum post. Just some advice.

Base Idea, Layout, Texture, Backround,.... etc.: It'd be most preferred if the background was transparent. The style- professional, sleek in a way. The base idea is that its colors are either dark orange or purple with black, depending on which looks better in the artist's opinion. Although around the XE should be somewhat like a white rectangle like on the periodic table with the number 54 above it.
If you can comply with this, it'd be great ^_^ Sorry if it's too much though.

You don't change the mod, it's a thing you regulate manually. I do it all the time in actual pokemon a nuzlocke. Once that one person's pokemon are all K.O'd they'll be removed from the series. Then someone else will join

Coding Expierence? I have a good amount of experience with HTML and Javascript, and friends have also tutored me.
Why should I choose you? I feel you should choose me because I will be able to offer an expansive imagination, a quick learner if more experience is required, and the ability to easily spot mistakes. Although, with that takes patience and time. I understand the meaning of having to develop the idea and make it come to life step by step and remain patient for the great final project. I would really like to get into modding as I'm really interested in coding, and I can also texture items once I get a new tablet.
Have you ever created mods? Not as of yet.
Do you have any ideas? I have plenty of grand ideas, but I would not like to release them here, we don't need idea thieves now.
