Please explain how you almost destroyed your server but still gave yourself a 13/20?

Also try using inheritance that way you don't have higher ranking people members of loads of groups just to get the perms for it

Why don't you kids try and put a proper application together rather than just asking for roles. Minimum should be:

HAVE YOU DONE PLUGIN SETUP BEFORE?:
WHY DO YPU WANT THIS ROLE?:
WHAT CAN YOU BRING TO THE ROLE THAT OTHERS CANT?:

It makes it way easier to hire someone if you know something about them and if they show they are making the effort.

Have your render distance at normal, graphics at fast, and minimal particles, clouds off and something else set to max FPS but I forget what that setting is

First a disclaimer: Personally i would never order something like this from amazon, go to someone who actually sells computers as a business but since I'm from the UK and don't know any US stores like that I'm going to use amazon.

Or maybe wait a bit and save up some money and build a PC, it will be better you'll learn more and you will appreciate it a lot more.

imo I would get a mid range pc i3 would run it i5 would be ideal and windows 7. RAM wise 4GB or above would give you a fairly good run at it. Don't worry too much about graphics cards etc the way minecraft runs its more dependant on the RAM and CPU than the graphics modules anyway. Oh and 500GB hard drive would be fine, I have a 256GB SSD and Ive never filled it and the screen is a person preference. Don't listen to anyone who says you have to have an i7 for gaming in fact in a lot of cases the i5 is just as good. I run minecraft around 20fps but smooth with my old mac and that has 4GB RAM and a 2.4GHz Intel core 2 Duo.

FPS isn't everything as I have learned my minecraft runs at around 20-30fps and its smooth as the next persons.

With the right tools it's doable in a night but unless you have someone who is good with voxelsniper it's going to take a bit longer than Friday.

In my opinion wanting someone on 10 hours a day is ridiculous unless you intend paying them a full time salary. Don't ask something of people unless you can commit to at least that yourself.
