An alienware laptop is hardly an upgrade from what you have right now. You'd be better off getting an Apple desktop with an upgraded Graphics Card (like the Mac Pro, Mac Mini, iMac, or if you wanted a laptop, MacBook Pro). This is bad, I own a server and I try so hard to keep the staff professional and it is hard.. For a server owner to be unprofessional and inappropriate is not good.

I'm afraid that is impossible unless you bring it to a professional at Microsoft or Dell. You might get lucky that way. They will probably also refund your disk with a new one.
