Experience: OP on my friend's server, admin for a faction on massivecraft (but I quit because our faction leader was freakin corrupt), Admin for friend's server.
I've built faction bases and castles. (But I had a schematic for them.) I've done pixelart of nyan cat if that helps. I'm average at redstone and I can make it work provided I have time and resources. I'm pretty good at clearing land (then again who isn't?). I've also got a head full of ideas. (Example, on a server I am currently saving silver so I can create a faction. Valerion, the City of the Skies.)
What position your applying for: OP, but I can do with building, as long as I have the schematic/plan
I'm fairly new to minecraft but I pick things up really easily, and I am dedicated to something if I know I'm making a difference. I'm online a lot, and I'm a pretty fair judge. I don't get abusive of any power, and I'm very nice. One downside is that sometimes I can get a little too nice, but that's only when giving things out like selling items in shops. If something grave happens, I will be stern and UNFORGIVING BWAHAHAHA. I'm also very animated, as you can probably tell.
