Why you want this position: I believe i am fit for this position due to my maturity and success as an administrator om multiple servers. I started with my own server, a small staff and community. I frequently advertised my server gaining a few players each time. With these new players, i kept a close eye on them in chat and in game. Out of my select administrators on my server. i was the most active at keeping the server clean of inappropriate language and damage to property on server such as grief. As my computer grew older, i could no longer host my own server so i moved to moderating other servers. I found some small developing servers in need of staff. i started low in the ranks and built up to co owner on one server over the course of almost a year. I am a mature experienced administrator and i feel that i could be a great addition to this newly forming server.

What you can do to help the server: If i am an accepted administrator/moderator on this server i can help in a few different ways. I have some minor architectural skills, if a mini game lobby, shop, towns, ect are needed, i can design them. I have some minor skills in plugin coding such as essentials if they are necessary. I may also assist in testing out plugins on the server making sure there are no loopholes and the plugin operates properly. Rule enforcement is my strongest area. I am unbiased and will fully analyze a situation before making any actions against a player.
How you would choose to advertise: I am on planet minecraft mainly, but can advertise on any sites that would be preferred
Extra things you think we should know: I will not take any excuses for anyone violating server rules, i will sort out an issue if possible and use more extreme measures if necessary.
