Experience: I have co-owned 2 servers that had a good 30 players on at a time. In my experience being staff I have encountered many things which I will talk about now. I have seen people get cyber-bullied/harassed. In one of the scenarios a player messaged another player (Who was a girl) asking for their bra size. I happened to have socialspy on, so I stopped this by tempbanning the person who said that to her and muted that person as well. I have also had experience with being false-banned on a server I was head-admin on. Someone griefed spawn and just because I had TNT in my inventory they thought I did it and banned me. I have also dealt with hackers which are now banned from those servers. I have also been staff many other times than co-owner twice, but have decided to not list them and waste your time

Are you able to donate a little bit towards the server for things it needs( Ex Plugins,Hosting ect): No, sorry. Because of my age my parents are pretty protective and don't let me donate to servers.
Why should I choose you?: I am eligible for staff because of my personality and how I care if people are happy. I love to help out players and make sure they are having a good time. I love to answer questions and make sure they are comfortable. If I ever see a player unhappy, it makes me unhappy. I will always cheer players up and make sure they are having the best time possible. I even take suggestions from players and communicate with other staff about it.
I also think I am eligible for staff because I am very helpful and loyal. Like I stated before I love to answer questions. I help by answering those questions and doing the tasks staff members ask me to do. When I get a task, you can rely on me to do it, and do it right. You can trust me with my powers. I promise to never abuse nor grief. Other ways I am helpful is by reporting glitches and getting in touch with other staff members for a new project or whatever else needs to be done.
