They can still play with it, but not post it. They can post it on MCforums or the like all they want, but In my opinion it's far from quality content and thus should not be here.



That's like saying we should delete every skin that doesn't look professional.
Or that we should get rid of every mod that isn't very good.

People will improve. Let them make and publish what they want.

What it should do, is make you leave a comment for the down vote to go through. If it's spam you can just delete it, with the vote.
