kind of bias about the whole level 1 thing, but you might not be aware of prejudice.

Anyway, Why not make it yourself?
it's 2016, and online web tools are awesome, what do you need that could be more than a simple website?

why not host your own server? what do you need someone else's for?
do you have friends to play with to make it multiplayer? else wouldn't you just make single player videos?

with this kind of thing, is Garry's mod really necessary to be thrown in?
Also, how would you handle plugins/server management and version control?

Fundamentally, it would be better to create server resources and completed packages. Question is, how is it going to work? are people going to buy a Minecraft hosting deal and give you Cpanel Access? or what if the server is a Linux VPS? do you have experience on how to make that fool proof for clients if your goal is to make it easy for server owners?

examples of work are helpful, i mean, are you one of those builders that makes a wood cube and places a sign on it to call it home? or do you build grand architecture that meets the needs of the server, using blocks in a unique theme and style to create something that doesn't look player made.

A suggestion would be to create some spawns in flat creative world, floating and release them as schematics with images
