Why do you think you'll be a good manager of the server?: I'm quite experienced and after reading this thread, very motivated. I'm fully capable, responsible, helpful, mature and professional. I wish to help you achieve your desired goals and provide the players what they should get: mature staff, professional presentation, fun experience, and a well built, friendly community!
What experiences do you have: I'll be honest, I've never really dived much into "serious" mc server development (I have the appropriate experience, what I mean is that I've never really made a server to be played, become popular, etc.). What I've dived in is private server development like Fiesta online, Luna online, Maplestory, etc. I mainly either moderated these private servers, made graphics for, or made custom content such as costumes and weapons. I'm telling you this is because I've learned a lot from these servers such as professionalism, the value of players, problem solving, leadership skills, and possibly more that I may have not even realized yet. As for my mc server development experience, I believe to be "decent". Where I got my experience was from helping random strangers make their servers, from start to finish. My capabilities... well, I'll summarize it in another section. And if I would like to provide proof of my experience in these private servers to show that I'm ready for this job.
