Minecraft/Servers NEW HUB SERVER STAFF AND BUILDERS NEEDED

What position? Administrator.

What experience do you have in this field? I have administrative experience on numerous servers. Namely ClimaxCraft, which had an average player base of ~300 players per day. My role on this server was staff management, so I was in charge of ensuring the staff team of ~15 Helpers and 7-8 Moderators were doing their jobs correctly and to the best of their abilities. My role also extended to general administrative duties (making sure the server is running smoothly, and deal with any situations which overwhelmed the Helpers/Moderators--generally server wide maintenance issues).

I also have moderation experience, so dealing with your everyday rule breakers (hackers/exploiters/cheaters, etc) is no hassle for me.

Describe yourself! I'm 18 years old and love playing Minecraft. I've been playing since late 2010, and especially love multiplayer. I'm a pretty laid back guy, and I get along well with others. I'm able to adapt to solve any problem I come across, and I'm 100% dedicated to the task. I'm easy going, but I still put in the hard work that's required of me with a position like this. I understand what's expected of an administrator, and I believe I meet and exceed those expectations.

How do you deal with conflicts? Depends entirely on the conflict. Whether it's between players on the server, between staff members, or between the players and the staff, each conflict is different, and needs to be approached with an open mind. I will hear each party out and get the full story from both sides before taking any action. Obviously, I prefer it if the parties involved are able to resolve the situation peacefully and continue playing on the server. If they can't come to a peaceful resolution, then I will take whatever steps necessary to deflate the conflict (as per the rules you set for your server, of course).

Can you work well in a group environment? Absolutely!

Are you able to take the constructive input of others? Definitely. I appreciate when others help me improve myself.

What can you tell me that would further insure my trust in you as a staff member? There's not a whole lot more I can say. Actions speak louder than words, and I hope I will be able to prove to you that I am trustworthy. Hopefully you've seen that I am committed to help make this server the best it can be!

Why do you want to join this team? You seem to have a very solid foundation on which to build a successful server, and I would love to be a part of that. There is a lot of immaturity in these forums, but you seem to be mature and understanding of what you want to achieve.

What sets you apart from everyone else? Why should we accept YOU? Like I said, I love Minecraft, and the best thing about it is multiplayer, and server communities. I want to help make your server as fun, safe, and enjoyable as possible.

Have you ever been Admin before: Yes I have been an Administrator on various servers, the most popular ranging from 200-300 unique players per day. I have experience managing large staff teams--Helpers, Moderators, and other Admins. I also have experience running server wide events, and dealing with rule breakers of every kind.

How much time can you be on the server each day: 4-6 hours (more if need be)

What do you do if a player has gotten stuck in a 2x2 hole and he cannot get out: Tell them to try /spawn or /home or simply help them out myself.

What do you do if a Moderator is abusing his power and players are complaining: I would investigate the situation. I would talk to the moderator in question and the players who have complained in order to figure out whether or not the complaints are true. If they were abusing their powers, I would ask them why and try to see if I can resolve the situation. I would obviously inform you of the situation and depending on the rules you set for your server, remove the person from the staff team.

If a Moderator asks you a question what do you do? Answer it of course!

Are you supposed to help with building: (yes/no) I'm not the best builder in the world, but I can help out if you absolutely need me to.

6) Maturity (0/10): 10 - I'm an easy going guy but very dedicated to ensuring servers are kept up to the standards the owners set for them. I'm able to communicate with players and make the experience as safe, fun, and enjoyable as possible without being too much of a pushover. The main goal is to have fun, and that means weeding out the players who wish to do harm to others. Like I said, I'm a laid back guy, easy to get along with, loving having a laugh, but am 100% dedicated to the task. I'm firm but fair in my judgments and I feel as though I would be a nice addition to your team.

8) Have you had previous experience as a staff member/owner of another server? If so, list servers: I've been staff on a few servers. ClimaxCraft being the most notable. I've had administrative roles on a few other smaller servers (averaging 50-100 players per day), in which I was responsible for managing the staff members.
9) How good are you at advertising and spreading the word? I can spread the word wherever you need me to.
10) Being staff requires you to help with beta testing. However, if you're not chosen for staff, would you still like to beta test as well? Sure, why not.

Why should we choose you to become staff? I have substantial experience being an administrator. I play a lot of Minecraft, and most of that time is spent playing multiplayer. My schedule is very lenient so I will be able to dedicate a large amount of time to making the server the best it can be. I can manage plugins, player ranks, chat, and any other problems (be it technical, administrative, creative etc) that I might encounter. You'll find that I'm easy to get along with, loyal, reliable, and will always ensure that the server is as safe and enjoyable as possible. I'm firm but fair in my judgments, and my decisions will always be based on the best interest of the community.
Are you experienced with plugins? Yes.
What plugins are you most familiar with? I am most familiar with core plugins, with particular focus on World Editing and Management plugins (WorldEdit, WorldGuard), Essentials, and the various permissions plugins. However, I have had a lot of experience with dozens of different plugins over the years. I am very quick to learn the ins and outs of any plugin, and even optimize a plugin to benefit the server.
How active will you be? I will be active every day. Hours will be dependent on the requirements of the server, but I am more than capable of providing as much support as the server needs. 6-10 hours a day (more if absolutely needed).
Past Staff Experience? I have been Helper, Moderator, and Administrator on various servers, with some of those servers averaging 200-300 unique players per day. I have experience with staff management, plugin management, and the development and testing of new games.
