Strategies to manage a network's community: Communicate with players, Welcome new players, Watch what players are doing at all times, be active, be mature.
2 players are arguing how would you manage it: Ask both players to stop. I would message each player and get the story from them. Then I would take what I know from chat. I will make a decision based on the info I know.
Someone is advertising what would you do first: Ask them to stop. If they continue kick them for advertising. If they continue after that then a temp ban.
Are you good, bad, neutral, akward socially: I am good. I am able to communicate with people with least to no problems at all.
What can you bring to this network: I can bring positivity. I am a positive person and am able to be very welcomeing and helpful to new/ all players.
Tell us a bit about yourself: I am an Xbox and PC Gamer. I take minecraft as an educational game and competitive game. I am in Highschool and currently working on going into Animal care. I love to help people out as much as I can. I am very mature for my age and can get the job done when it needs to be done. I always try my best at everything that I do.
