This seems more like a attempt for you to get someone who would really put time into posting; then you'd steal all their ideas and use them for your own accord.
Sounds complex but an ending result would be remarkable; and I'm annoyed how every server tries to do so much crap at once then just focusing on thing and perfecting it. Like monthly new maps ect.. if you've played a few servers you'll understand my comment.
If you want actual help on the project I can teach you some building patterns that are OC and not overdone decoration.

When tons of kids play and own Minecraft Servers that are under the age of 13 it's hard to find quality and professional decision makers. So I wish you good luck, but if I find a survival that fits some of your requests I'll inform you.
Pick out a theme for yourself, like let's say you do 'Modern'; well look at all the types of blocks that Minecraft has to offer, then you go ahead and think for a moment what types or looks fit/go into the Modern setting of buildings. Even looking at actual pictures of buildings will help you.
If it was true Microsoft wouldn't of worked with Mojang to add Minecraft to Xbox, they would of already sealed the deal and taken the Money. Plus years ago for those who are old enough to remember.
Notch had previously stated on the 'Future of Minecraft' on the main website that he planned in the end to get rid of it and make the game an open source. So anyone would have access to it.
Once Mojang and Microsoft worked together to get Minecraft on the Xbox that message from Notch had vanished. Some may claim it's because he left Mojang, but he still is the COO. he can still decide what happens to the game that he created.

Hello, I'm DividedS don't let the brony scare you away I'm not obsessed like I found out most are, I play minecraft here and there and enjoy it while I'm playing. It'd be cool to do some surviving with ya, maybe even hunger games.
Why are you asking us? No one who has a server owns Minecraft, plus you guys are players yourself... Do what you guys want to do, it may seem narcissistic but trust me it's not, you put faith in your own creation others will like it.
