i think that they should not be specific and just have a new mob called "bird" a new mob called "rat" and a new mob called "Shark". the names should of course be for the animal they name, and i think that they should add these because water needs to be dangerous. having just squids is stupid. having birds that you can find nests for extra eggs would be cool, along with hunting (bow and arrow + flying bird = dinner) and rats can be creatures in caves that can poison you without doing any real damage. that is my opinion.
