So is online survival with or against other players?

I see what you mean. The way I learn playing solo (which is also really fun) is that nice people write to me with tips and tricks on YouTube and Reddit. So I'm not THAT alone

I'm kinda puritan when it comes to the quest to slay the Dragon. But I plan to try servers, mods and all kinds of stuff also

See, people like this guy are awesome! But yeah, there's so much I didn't know about Minecraft in the first 3 years I played it, and it's 5 years now that I've been at it!


So have you covered everything there is to know in MC now?

My impression is there's A LOT to learn in Vanilla MC. And I kinda wan't to keep the quest to slay the dragon Vanilla all the way - that means no mods. And still there's A LOT to learn.

I can't even imagine where to start, when I want to venture into mod-territory

Do you have a server you frequent yet? I would be honored if you came to build and maybe record on my server. Here is a post I made just today about us: what-unique-about-empathy-t550777.html You can build your Starship Enterprise on Empathy and other ships that move with the movecraft plugin.

I haven't gotten around to checking out servers yet nor even basic building stuff. I have only played survival so far.

The Star Ship Enterprise I found on YouTube is not something I would ever try to build........ it must take like ten years or something. It was absolutely huge!!!

But it would be fun to maybe learn how to build a small house or something. Right now I live in a damp cave... ehrm I mean.... a MIGHTY FORTRESS of course!

CreepaCreechAs for skins if you haven't found one of the tons there are on here, I'd suggest finding someone who takes skin requests and asking them to make you one.


People actually do that? For free? I don't have money to pay. I'm not PewDiePie-rich... YET!!! Muahahahahahaaaaaaa

For resource packs, I prefer Conquest, John Smith Legacy, or even AD Reforged.

Thanks for the tips. It's nice to have a place to start. There are SO much out there - especially when you enter so late in the game like me... 8 years of mods, skins, packs etc.

Oh yeah.... I forgot...

One of my next steps is trying to change skins and/or use resource packs.

I know nothing of this yet... so let me know if you've got some good suggestions?

No mods yet... I'm trying to keep things vanilla all through my quest to slay that dragon
