How much time can spend on the server daily: Daily, I can spend up to 3-6hrs moderating a server. During weekends can be from 5 - 9hrs.
Have you ever been staff before on a server: Multiply servers, ran my own server for 2 an a half years too. I am very experienced with plugins, rules an the ways of life as a staff member
Are you currently staff on a server: No sir, I quit minecraft for about 1 month due to personal reasons that shall not be named
Describe why we should pick you for moderator (Minimum 5 Sentences): Picking me can be beneficial. As I said above I can be on the server daily moderating for 3 to 6 hrs. Keeping the server clean an tidy, a safe an enjoyable environment. Not only is that beneficial but having experienced staff members is also a handy thing as they know the what to do an what not to do's.
I myself an a very friendly person, easy to communicate with an easy to get a long with. I am able to show people the way of the rules but not coming across as rude. I generally work by myself though. I am very independent at times (This is why I like Forum moderating, as I am able to be way more active an keep to myself hehe) but I am able to communicate with others whenever.
You should pick me as well the reasons above state really. I also do act my age (16) an I am very mature. I myself rather like picking 16 to 18 year olds as they are more mature. But I do like having some younger staff to stay around there group of ages on the server. (This is what I did in my server an it worked surprisingly different age groups with a mod is interesting)
Describe In what ways that you would help improve the server by being a moderator (Minimum 4 Sentences):
I am able to keep the server tidy, as most moderators should be able to do this before they even apply or something. I am able to be HIGHLY active an take stress away from Admins / Owner etc. I catch onto hackers quite easily an it is very easy to catch them these days. I'm very experienced being staff on Minecraft servers from Hubs to small little starting off servers.
I don't abuse my power an do what I am told, sadly I am not a very good builder. [I am working on this] but it's a plus because if I don't build I have more time to moderate then muck around with building.
Have you ever been banned: Well of course everyone has from one server before. I was mucking around with an admin an the owner didn't like it but me an the admin were having fun but yeah Owner wasn't happy so yeah..

Game: Someone is advertising another server more than once (what do you do?):It depends, have I already warned the player about it?
If not: I will warn the player asking him to politely stop from advertising, if he continues after the warning I will take further action by muting him for 5 minutes hoping to see [He leaves by himself an it's done with] or he waits it out an says sorry. If he then continues after that, I will provide a /kick to him with a reason on why he had been kicked. If he chooses to come back spamming I will temp ban him for 1 day. If he comes back after the ban well of course I will have to ban him.
If I did: I will mute him for 5minutes, then if he continues /kick him, temp ban him then perm ban him (I stated all this in the above paragraph)
Forums:A Player reported someone for hacking but it’s not in the correct format (What do you do?): I will ask the person who reported the player to use the correct format an have (Picture / Video ) proof allowing me to see what the player has done. If he is unable to show proof an or edit the post to use the correct format I will have to decline the report an allow the person who got reported off free as it was a failed report.
Game: Someone is spamming the chat multiply times (What do you do?): I would warn the player once asking him to slow down with typing. If he thinks he is cool an continues on I will provide a mute for 5 minutes. After that if he continues I will then follow up with a /kick. Sadly after all that I will then use a temp-ban on him to hopefully let him do what he wants an come back later
Forums: A player reported someone, and it was a decent report. You decide to punish the user. The name of offense was spamming. How will you punish the player:For me to "punish" this player, I will have private conversation with him, asking on why he has done it an saying we have a good enough report to take action against it. If he decides to play dumb an doesn't accept the actions he did. I will re-direct him to the post that was made, an if he accepts it an says sorry I will accept that. (Only if he says it from the start an doesn't make me re-direct him)
If he decides to act dumb an deflect an not own up to it. I will give the player a 2hr ban allowing him to come back owning up to his actions.
As you can see I do not like Perm banning people only temp banning them, as it's a way to loose members from a server. Therefor I use temp-ban to my advantage as much as I can <3
