About yourself: I am 15 years old and I enjoy playing video games. I often play Minecraft and Euro Truck Simulator 2. I think of myself to be mature and funny at certain times. I used to be homeschooled but I have recently just started back in full time mainstream school. I live in the United Kingdom in England.
Greatest strengths & weaknesses:
Strengths:
- Organized: I like to believe that I am a very organized person when it comes to something I am serious about. Every time I start a project, from it being a notified in advance project, a last minute project set up or a virtual project, I always beforehand, plan out my goals, how I can accomplish it, the steps I need to take to accomplish it and how long it should take. I keep documents of the project so that I know what my plan is and to make sure everything is safely stored.
- Devoted: I know that I am devoted to many things, and even though I cannot prove to any of you that I would be devoted to this server as a staff member, or a regular member, you can only take my word. My first ever server I was devoted to was the Mineverse. I have been a community member for almost 1 year now, gone through many things including being hacked by an old friend. I still play mineverse but not very often as I have kind of lost interest in that Network. I have been dedicated also to the Happy Hunger Games Network where I was a member of the community for over a year. That is what I can say and all you can do to believe this is my word.
- Honest: I am a very honest person. If I have something on my mind, I am not afraid to say it which is sometimes a good thing, but also a bad thing. I try my best to be as honest as possible because I am not a fan of lying.
- Hardworking: I am a hardworking person. I always try my best to get things done and if I can't then it will annoy me. I use all my energy daily to make sure I get things right. I am committed to working hard to get everything right.
Weakness:
- Creative: I am not a very creative person which is a hard thing for me because I always want to try new things but sometimes it's hard. I try to come up with plenty of ideas but sometimes they're bad. I always think that my ideas are good, but a lot of the time they're not.
This is all I can think of, but as time goes by I am sure I could think of plenty more because I am not perfect and everyone has many weaknesses.
Why should we choose you to be a Server Manager for Arbictus Network: I think I should be chosen because I am devoted and hardworking (as stated above). I try my best at all times to ensure everything goes right. I will be active as much as possible which means I would be able to get things done efficiently. I want to make the community have a great experience on Arbitcus Network by providing it with the best staff team I could possibly put together. I am a mature person which helps when dealing with staff, players, etc. I'm always working on something to make sure my time isn't wasted. I've got great experience in doing server management (as explained below).
How many hours are you willing to dedicate: I am willing to dedicate as much time as possible. This means I can be active daily for around 8-9 hours, possibly more.
Previous Experience:
- The Paralyte Network: This Network was run by myself and 2 other very good friends. As a team we worked together to put together the best possible Network we could, and that's what we did but we just didn't get a good community. On this Network I managed the staff team and community relations which is something I enjoy doing.
- The Neolyte Network: I was an Administrator/Staff Manager on this Network for around 3 months, during that time I worked as hard as possible to provide as much help as I could. I managed the staff team and helped the Owners with a lot. During my time staff on this Network I worked with many different people and handled a lot of hard situations because this Network had quite a young community which meant I had to be around a lot to help out the players. In the end this Network shut down due to inactivity from the Owners which meant the staff teams work had gone to waste, including mine.
I feel as though my experiences would help me a lot on Arbitcus because I know a lot. I have been through some hard, and easy situations so I know how to handle these situations properly.
