yes catalist is package of driver for ati/amd, you need to know the models and your operating systeme( windows xp, 7,8,10, linux,macosx,etc)

-delete all installation of java
- download and install your latest driver (here amd catalyst for your windows)
- down and install the latest version of java
-install or upgrade directx
-install or upgrade vcredist (visual basic)
after run all your game in administrator privilege, because sometimes, a software need to acces to your systeme folder and it want to run in administrator

ok all are good stuff but why buy 32gb of memory when you can put 64gb low latency same cost, sorry for my english

if it is for minecraft you don't need nvidia gtx 1070, because java use only 3gb ram for 512 hd texture and only processor gpu, not gpu of graphic card...
ah and if you have the gtx1070 and a i7 processor you need more Watts in the power supply, need more than 800W. i think a 1000W power is better choice.
