    I have lots of experience. I follow the rules and am nice and friendly to work with, I know lots about plugins so I'm sure thats helpful.
    I am AGAINST griefing unless it is allowed on servers, if it is then I'm all for it. If people grief when your not aloud, it's breaking the rules and needs to be dealt with.


    If I get reports of people griefing I do not ban straight away, I gather the evidence, consult the owner then choose what I should do.
