I can help the server in many ways, since I can build, and I am rather good with being admin/moderator. I am 16 years old and I live in the Netherlands, what is... GTM +2. I have been admin and moderator on multiple servers, that unfortunately have been put down.
You should choose me because I always give my best.
The first thing I'd do if i caught a player who is griefing is warn him, tell him to fix it. If he doesn't do it I will kick him. This is because I believe in second chances. . If he comes online again and he would go on with griefing I'd ban him,
If people had an disagreement, I would try to help them solve it. I they would say inappropriate things, I'd do the same thing as with griefing. First I'd warn them, and after that I'd kick them. If they still continue, I'd ban.
An appropriate response to a person who asks me to spawn items is 'No, I don't spawn items, that is wrong. Don't ask me, or anyone else, this is an official warning.'
As I said before, first I'd give a warning, then I'd kick a person, and if the person in question still insults me or other people, I will be forced to ban him/her. The same counts for 'Trolls'.
If I am not sure how to punish someone, I'd ask someone of the same rank or an higher rank on what to do.
