You also contradicted yourself by saying that is how they work, but then went on to agree with someone that said that, although that isn't how decimals work, Mojang's naming conventions differ from how decimals actually work
To be perfectly honest, the PA has been basically dead for while now.
But do not be discouraged! Myself, along with a few other main members, are trying to schedule a meeting to discuss our plans for the future of the PA.
