    After looking at your servers page i think you need to add screenshots of other things on the server (also press f1 to hide the UI for your screenshots)

    You also need to improve the description so people have a better idea of what the server is about, what it features and at the very least a basic list rules as some people will want to know whether it's a pvp enabled server or a server that allows griefing etc.

    Lastly, having some sort of server banner; even if it's just a screenshot with the servers name and main plugins, you'd at least have something for others to see so they will come visit the servers page if they are interested.

    Just make sure it's a direct link rather than a normal image link. A direct link goes right to the raw image in it's tab when an image link goes to the actual website you uploaded the image to.

    For example with imgur here's an Image link:

    And then the direct link:

    http://i.imgur.com/4q3kmln.png

    You can see why a direct link is used when linking images for other sites etc

    I find the staff elections and re-elections to be a great idea but removing plugins based on community input isn't a great idea in my opinion. That would make things messy, some people may like this and that plugin and hate it when it gets removed.

    I'm all for adding plugins based on community input.

    Also, to be able to easily change the rules won't help in the long run unless you have primary rules that can't be changed. No one wants to join a server that has no pvp and no griefing as a rule, and then later on have to put up with such things because the rules changed.

    If you mean the bars going up and down with the music they are called a 'Visualizer'

    You should really build something yourself.

    Minecraft is a sandbox game so your meant to build things, don't just ask others to build something for you and expect them to do it for 'free'. They won't get any satisfaction for building this for you and they do not get anything out of it.

    Do take note that this seems to be a survival server and "pros" like goCreative etc are creative servers.

    That clearly looks just like a gradient when you use the IMG code, use the SIMG code instead of IMG for showing images fam and you'll be able to showcase them cool graphics better. :>

    Whenever making a thread like this, it is always best to provide any screenshots of what you have built previously. Otherwise no one will know how your building skills are which will, in turn, not get you any jobs.

    I was like you till i got someone to make me a skin, now i somehow got a few variations of it as well which turned out great so i'm no longer fussed at all :3
