Hi Stretchy, my name's dreadiscool, and I feel that I'd be a perfect match for your server. From fixing the server backend to dealing with the players, I can do it all. I even run my own (mildly) popular server called coolioserver. The name sounds generic, but at any one point, it has more than 30 people on, and on the weekends it maxes out to 75.
I know how to deal with LOTS of plugins. As a person familiar with Java and the Bukkit API, I can even write custom plugins for your server when a solution on plugins.bukkit.org does not work. As a server owner myself, I know how important an economy is, and how important the little details are in the bigger picture.
