What are you looking to achieve in regards to the role?: Well, I'm hoping to develop and further my plugin and permissions knowledge and hone my leadership skills. I want to hopefully help lead the staff team in a good direction and help this server prosper and be my next
What are your strengths?: Well, my current strengths include being active, knowledgable, and having strong leadership skills as well as experience with the roles required for leading a minecraft server and community in general. I am honest, loyal, and once I set goals, I don't stop trying to achieve them until they're 100% completed to the best of my abilities.
What are your weaknesses?: I'd say my biggest weakness is actually my honest because I'm honest down to a fault and don't sugarcoat things. People generally see this as being 'douchey', but it also helps people critique themselves. For example, if people talk about you being a bad staff member behind your back, you can't ask them what's wrong or how to improve where as if you told them that they're a bad staff member to them, you can at least explain why they're a bad staff member and how to improve themselves. Another weakness I have is that I am a spelling/grammar nut.
Briefly describe your personality: Well, I am an introvert so I don't befriend people too often, and the ones that I do befriend, I generally keep close for a long time. I again am very honest and blunt about things. I plan out almost everything I do and often overthink everything according to my friends. I am punctual and I do what I say and say what I do without feeling shame. Honesty is the best policy. Even though I am an introvert, I often come off as an extrovert because I surround myself with extroverts, so they make me go out and meet people, so I can kind of flip on an extrovert switch.
Anything Else: Well, I have a full list of documents and tutorials that I can provide as proof to knowing the ins and outs of server plugin management. I can provide sources, IPs, and websites for every server I've been staff on and prove everything listed here. Aside from that I am an improviser and adaptive thinker, so I can adapt to most, if not all situations. Aside from minecraft leadership, I was also a supervisor (in charge of 7 people) at my old job.
