I'm not going to lie, but in my opinion, it looks.. 'eww'?

As somebody else stated, it's pretty old school. It looks like an IBM BIOS screen back from the 2000.

Content and layout wise, looks decent, but design aspect just hurts my eyes.

I highly, highly, highly suggest fastvision. I used their top plan, which was only £150 a year. They have great support, and their services are extremely good.

Experience: Well, I have quite a bit of experience with bukkit plugin development, and also web development. I haven't made a mod for over a year now, but my main focus is now on web development.

Primarily, I would be able to code any websites, forums, blogs, etc. My main languages are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, C++ and Java. I suppose I may be able to tick in on the modding, but I haven't created a mod for a long time.. Oh, and many people think that because I'm 12, I cannot code. Well, http://youtube.com/drmediatube. I have a few bukkit plugin dev tuts up there. They're basic tuts, as they were just to help people. I am also working on a very big project. It's a Clan CMS (Like Enjin). Noooooooo.. DO NOT get somebody to build it for you for $100.. That's rip off of the century! Build it yourself, or if you are not sure, lookup tutorials online. It's very fun.

I suggest TheNewBoston and PHPAcafemy.. Look up web development tutorials on youtubere, there is quite a good few videos out there.

First off, build your own computer with custom parts. It's cheaper, and very fun. Second, I suggest looking into HTML, PHP, CSS, java, javascript, MySQL. And all that. C++ is also fun to learn, too. Some website templates sell for a lot of cash, or you could create people full websites, and then sell them. Some people also pay for bukkit plugins, so you could earn cash from that.

Uhh, batch is completely different to HTML.. Also, javascript is client site for web development, not for creating java plugins.
