Please don't use a misleading title, it's very annoying and time consuming. When I read this title, I was thinking something like "We need staff" or something. Now reading it through, it was just some advertisement through a forum. My advise is that pick your words carefully to make yourself clear on a post or otherwise you'll be getting players saying the opposite of what you want.
