I'm not sure how the bountiful update handles entities' responsibility for player deaths, or anything really, but I'm almost certain the death message in this case should theoretically be the "doomed to fall," "didn't want to share a world," or "impaled on stalagmite while fighting" messages, depending on what's under the platform.
quilt is generally best suited for client-sided and relatively lightweight mods, (neo)forge for larger scale mods, and rift for modding 1.13 specifically
seems most people have only gone as far as the first episode in a single world. although very unlikely, i would love to see the entirety of the season 1 world as a playable survival world
i do it all the time. when you publish a project to pmc, dont upload a file but instead make the alt download go to the project on curseforge/modrinth. you can do that for the website field too if you wish to include both curseforge and modrinth links (but keep in mind that modrinth doesnt support bedrock edition if you wish to upload bedrock content)
if you word it like that, absolutely. i wouldnt care if someone played a map about themselves once for every like 15 maps they play, but i would draw the line when it's every other or third map or something
