Have you had previous Staff experiences on a server? If so, how many: A few, but currently I'm a staff member of a remake of a old game that Disney shutdown, but on my free time I'd like to help atleast one server on mc.
Are you a good people person? Yes.

"A player is looking for a teammate to play with, but no one is listening or truly cares, and even some are calling the player names even though he is doing nothing wrong or anything to provoke the issues. What do you do?" I'd personally team up with him, and hope this would help out and maybe they would see he is decent.
