I think I am good at keeping peace in every group or community. I'm very calm in almost every situation and its really hard to make me mad.
Also if someone asks a question I'll help them as much as I can.

Yes, I work in 2 project right now ( nothing special ) where I am the ProjectManager and its going really well so far. But I am looking for another server or project right now. + Ive been moderator on different servers.
So yeah I would say I got some experience

Ugh thats a long time ago. I start playing minecraft when I was 9 years old. Since I play minecraft very often.

No, I have never been banned before

I can speak Dutch, English and a little German.

1. You are online on the server, and you see another moderator ban another user for advertising, however; you have proof the said user never advertised, what would you do?
I would say to the moderator that he banned someone who wasn't advertising. Then take a screen of chat for prove and then go to the owner for permission to unban him.
2. One of your good friends is on the server, and he/she are upset with how you handled a situation and are using vulgar language towards you in private chat, after you have asked them to stop, what would you do?
Even if it's a friend or familly member I wouldnt treat him/her different. I would mute/ban the player depands on what they say or do.
3. You are the only moderator currently on the server, and a situation gets out of hand in which all of the players are panicking about something a user said that is not true. How do you calm down this situation?
I will be calm and try to keep control over the situation. If that doesn't work I'll have to mute the person who started and warn everyone else who didnt follow the rules.

Answer Yes or No, and explain why or why not.
I think everyone who applies here has good quallities. You just need to choose wich quallities are best for being a moderator.

I can be put to different uses. I'm an experienced builder. I've 4 years of experience. I'm very friendly to others wich is good when becoming a moderator.
3. What do you think a team needs to have?
We need to communicate with eachother that's why we need team to be supportive and friendly to other users. We need a strong leader who can take charge whenever its necessary.
4. Finally, is there anything else you would like to add?
I have seen the trailer and it reminds me a bit of League of legends. Is this server inspired by this game??
