Well i changed it a bit. I didnt like the bamboo roof. But im not sure the bamboo matches.

But there is no cedar or cypress wood in this game. There is spruce and dark oak though. And you cant do much with bamboo in this game other than make sticks and scaffolding.

Oh! I know what happened! I looked at another painting pack I made and somehow the Fighters one got resized. I fixed it now and it looks much better. I must have done something to it...

Hmm...that might be. But I resize it to the proper size and the picture just looks like that. I wasnt sure if the picture had too much color or what.

I wanted to. Im making a pagoda for my mountain village. The roof is waxed weathered copper and the main wood was going to be acacia or mangrove. I think dark oak works with both also. Thanks.

Oh, it was an updated world. I did just make a world with an old seed yesterday and the resource packs look good. But in the creative block menu, the tabs look off.

I actually changed the pack format to 12 and it seems to work. I updated the resource packs I made on here and they work with my game now.

And I thought Microsoft now owns the game.

Well i tried but it didnt net me anything. I wish the stupid website gave coordinates. That website isnt very informative.

I wonder if I should just settle with something else. I wanted a nice tight-knit Japanese-style downtown area (been watching Persona 5 and Strikers and i love that kind of city layout) and a bamboo forest (i can make it myself) just outside the city. And I love mountains so that is why i wanted a mountainous area.

Well I did find a seed online that i just fell in love with. But I cant find this exact area! I looked on the biome finder website but i cant seem to find this location. Can anyone help? I forgot what the name of the place was so I had to look it up too. I havent seen LOTR in 20 years....
I have been reloading random seeds and i havent found the mountain I want. Is there no cliff mountain in the natural world generation?

Uhh, Im not familiar with scary seeds. I guess you could find some really weird and unnatural features in a seed like a weird cliff or broken up mountain. There are no special seeds with certain entities either. They're all the same like find three wither skulls to create the Wither, or find the End Stronghold to go to the End Dragon.

Things that can make your world "scary" is finding texture packs online or on this website and download them and put them into your Resource Packs folder in your minecraft folder.

You want something that is easy to remember and perhaps professional-sounding. A channel named WiiRikeToPray changed their name to WiiLIkeToPlay because they grew up and didnt like it. Maybe something like.....

The Minecraft Bros (like Mario Brothers. Actually, does "bros" still mean the same as it did in the 90s?)

I forgot that the Nether was full of holes so I jumped above what I thought was a one brick-deep hole, missed, and i ended up falling through a crevasse 50 blocks to my death....and i forgot how I got to that point...

Discussions/Creations Painting not working help?

You have to save over the original painting files in the minecraft folder. There are alot of painting packs on here and ive done a couple (suddenly thinking of doing a Persona 5 one....but i hate coming up with pictures) so you could look at those packs to see how it is done. This is the process of what Ive learned:

1. Find a photo editor (I use Paint.Net. You can find it online and it is so fun to use)
2. Open the original painting file from the minecraft folder
3. Open the photo of your choice
4. Resize the photo to the same size as the painting (important!)
5. Copy and paste the photo on top of the painting
6. Save the painting and dont change the name

If you want to make a whole new painting pack, youd have to do a few more steps like make a notepad file and stuff.

Huh, i kind of like that analogy...even though it is a bit morbid. It is like Microsoft and Facebook--im sorry...Meta-- are trying to rule the world. I dont like that whole virtual rooms that Metaverse is.

That's just it...there are no other games on my PC. I guess no one uses Minecraft Launcher on their PC anymore. I guess i dont have to update my launcher if i only have Minecraft on. Or i just buy Minecraft for the Switch...im sure i can remake everything...

Oh, the Launcher that you click on your desktop to choose from Minecraft dungeons or Java. I already migrated my account. They say they want me to update the launcher so i can access all games in one spot but i only play Java Minecraft.
