    -Desired Rank: GM or helper (which every one you see me as)
    -Skills: My skills are that I'm good at making players feel welcome and make sure they have fun in a new server environment. I think that it is very important for new players to be having fun and feel welcome. This can be done very simply, like saying welcome when a new player joins and welcome back when a player returns. This could also require you to go more in depth like answering questions about the server and helping new players out.
    -What makes you different than other applicants? I feel like most people want staff to make themselves feel more important or to abuse their permissions. What makes me different is that I care about helping out your server. I love helping out new servers and if a server becomes a success that I helped with it is an awesome feeling. Every thing I do on your server will benefit the server and not me and that is what makes me different.
    -What you plan on doing for the server? I really want to bring a good community to your server. A great community is one of the best things a server can have. If people are helping each other and not arguing it makes the minecraft experience so much better. People look up to staff and if staff are being polite and nice to players then they will too.
    -Past Experiences? I have been staff on many smaller servers before this. However, I have been playing minecraft for about 4 years now and I know most of the commands and responsibilities that come with a staff rank.
    -If a player was being really annoying but not breaking any of the rules, what do you do? If a player was being annoying I would ask them to please stop nicely. When people are annoying but don't necessarily break any rules they are still taking away from other peoples enjoyment of the server and should definitely stop.
    -If a player was hacking what would you do? I would need to be completely sure that they were hacking before I ban them.
    -Make a scenario, then tell us what you would do. Player 1 accuses player 2 of hacking. I see this a lot on every server I've ever been on. I would tell player 1 to calm down and report it to a staff member. Accusing someone of hacking does no good, I would tell them to msg a staff member or report them on the forums. Hackusating also alerts the hacker (if there is one) that there is suspicion and they could easily disable the hacks.

    Experience: I have been staff on many servers before this one. I've been playing minecraft for about 4 years and I know all of the commands. I know all of the responsibilities that come with being a relatively high ranking staff member also.


    How Often You Can Be On: I can be on about 3-4 hours every day and more on the weekends.


    Any Special Skills/Things You Can Contribute: What I can bring to your server as a staff member is a strong community. The #1 way I judge a server is by its community. If we have a strong server with a bunch of cool features it will be fun, but if that server has a bad community, with spammers, people arguing and harassing others then players won't want to play on it. People play minecraft to have fun with friends and hang out with faction members and if we have a abusive unhelpful staff team then that will reflect on the community making it bad, and making players want to leave. I feel like I could help keep the community friendly while making sure everyone is having fun. I would accomplish this by muting/ kicking spammers and banning hackers. These are people who try to ruin other peoples time on the server by cheating or not following the rules. So, long story short, I would help make the community strong on this server and make sure it stays that way.

    Any Other Information You'd Like To Share: I'd really love to become staff on your server. I think I could help bring a really large and helpful community to IIlumenMC.
